"The view from the room"

"First of all, Acapulco is still recovering from the Hurricane Otis in 2023. Almost everywhere is the non-stop noises of demolition and construction. The Acamar Hotel is also at this time. It's a nice enough Hotel, but noisy by design. and when it's full IT IS NOISY! there's no escaping the noise, which is true for most all of Mexico. The beach is nice and calm, the pool is nice and clean. The Staff are very helpful. The restaurant is very large and the food was good. There is nothing much open after 8pm except Dominoes and some street vendors, nothing else, period. The "party buses" roar through that intersection with their music blasting and horns are honking from early until late. It was fun for a few days but bring your ear-plugs! "

"The pictures shown are misleading. There is no pool. The room AC is always on and it's noisy. You cannot change the setting on the AC. There is no pool like in the picture. It's a motel to stay at for only a couple to 4 hours max. "
