"We had a nice stay overall, especially as a family with children. The heated pool and indoor spa facilities were excellent, and our kids really enjoyed spending time there. The location is also a big advantage, with very easy access to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed by the children’s activity programme. The staff member in charge was very enthusiastic and engaged well with the kids, which made a great impression on us. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the towels also had an odour, which affected our experience. Overall, it is a good hotel for families, but some improvements in cleanliness would make the stay much better."

"Feeling a bit tired, but has plenty of space and all the basics. Breakfast fine, but slightly limited options, we went for half board for ease and it being out of season so local options less plentiful. Dinner was just fine, couple of options, let down slightly by cold plates and food on not particularly hot hotplates, so if you didn’t get it within a couple of minutes of being fresh out, it was definitely a bit tepid, but for the price, absolute bargain."

" ⸻ Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – entspricht aus unserer Sicht keinem 4-Sterne-Standard Wir haben dieses Hotel als Familie (2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) gebucht und aufgrund der Beschreibung einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erwartet. Leider entsprach unsere Erfahrung vor Ort überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Schon bei der Ankunft fiel auf, dass der Zustand des Zimmers und der allgemeinen Anlage deutlich unter dem erwarteten Standard lag. Einige Geräte im Zimmer, insbesondere der Kühlschrank, waren nachts sehr laut und haben den Schlaf erheblich gestört. Besonders problematisch war jedoch der Umgangston im Hotel. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zu einer sehr unangenehmen Situation mit der Hotelleitung. Ich wurde wegen meiner Kleidung (Sportshorts) in einem sehr unfreundlichen und respektlosen Ton angesprochen – und das in Anwesenheit meiner schwangeren Frau und unserer zweijährigen Tochter. Für uns als Familie war diese Situation sehr belastend und völlig unangebracht. Der Vorfall hat dazu geführt, dass wir uns im Hotel nicht mehr willkommen gefühlt haben. Statt eines entspannten Familienurlaubs entstand dadurch eine sehr stressige Situation. Gerade weil meine Frau schwanger ist und wir mit einem kleinen Kind reisen, erwarten wir in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie einen respektvollen Umgang mit Gästen und ein professionelles Verhalten der Hotelleitung. Unser Eindruck ist daher leider, dass dieses Hotel eher einem durchschnittlichen 2-Sterne-Standard"
