The little loft apartment was perfect for my friend and I. The hotel was immaculately clean. All staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with something for everyone and all super fresh. The hotel itself was easily located for walking to the beach or in to the port.

Amazing hotel! We had the breakfast and it was fresh, huge variety, lots of fresh fruits. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Great balcony overlooking pool! Night entertainment for the kids and the pool was amazing and staff! Highly reccommend and would return!

The desk staff and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The staff in the bar were not always attentive or prompt. The property is beautiful and close to shopping and the beach

Clean, modern and friendly customer service. Pool area maintained well. Breakfast buffet - lots to choose from. Would be nice if hotel could provide an hourly bus service to port as it’s about 30mins walk and taxis end up costing a lot going back and forth.

Great stay but be aware of slow checkin

We had a really good stay and was happy with the condition of the hotel, nice breakfast and the hotel is in a great location. Be aware that the checkin process is extremely slow and takes more than 15 minutes for no apparent reason.
