"Room was small, but fairly clean. No top sheet on bed, only slip cover for duvet. No glasses or cups provided. No screen for window so we dealt with mosquitoes at night. Needed more towels and toilet paper. Could have used another garbage bin. Only one small one in bathroom. Removing card turned all power off. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Conveniently located next to mall and bus/metro station. Good access to downtown and airport. Front desk very helpful."

"The front desk staff called Paula helped me out contact the car rental company since the electric car broke down. She talked to the car rental company about what was happening and told them to send a taxi to take me and my family to the airport to catch the flight. She was very helpful to solve the issue and we did catch the flight eventually. Thanks very much."

"I had a short visit due to the cruise ship in wet doc. Quiet and pleasant, enjoyed lying by the pool and walks to observe wild flowers."

"Absolutely beautiful and they even allowed us to late check out at 1 PM because we didn’t board our cruise ship until 230. They also printed out our boarding passes and luggage tax for the ship at no extra charge. Absolutely beautiful piece of property and the staff was amazing."

"Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds, although double is two twin beds. Only one lift working so had to use stairs to 4th floor a few times. The pool was closed for maintenance. Good price and easy location to get to city centre (being close to the main train line)"
