Great place to stay in downtown Dallas, especially if you are attending an event at the convention center. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel that are attached but it's a quick uber to other places in downtown too. Will stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property is clean and there are a lot of dining options. My only complaints are the rooms are too DARK. Its just extremely dark in the rooms. Theres a TV in the bathroom however, each time I've stayed the bathroom TV is not working, even though theres a remote for it. Lastly the water pressure is weak. The staff at this hotel are exceptional.

I would like to show my gratitude to Radhia at the Front Desk and Odey, head of valet station. They were excellent in helping me with some accommodation snd transportation that made my stay very comfortable at the hotel. I recommend a big raise for their outstanding service.
