The staff was amazing. However when we gor settled in our room. We noticed the room was not cooling off( A/C was not working in the room ) we called the front desk and they put us in a new room quickly. However the 2nd room air was now working and TV also was not working. We called the front desk and they quickly sent a maintenance man who replaced the TV and fixed the air. Other than these hiccups the stay was amazing.

It’s a cool older hotel with unique character that still had all the modern amenities. Lots of hotels are indistinguishable city to city. This was part of a Dallas experience
