"Ipaid for a deluxe room. The hotel assigned me a room that was without any heat source. NH Hotel would not change my room. On Friday night a group of rowdy young adults were also assigned rooms in my room vicinity. A totally terrible experience."

Not properly explained at check in, and despite asking for an easy to get to room I had to take two lifts and steps with a heavy case.
