"Very handy to stay, the tram nearby and busstop outside the door. Secure parking. Room with balcony to sit out over the main road, but in the centre of Nice it was great watching trains, trams. Breakfast great in the big airy light conservatory."

"This is a cool little simple boutique hotel in the city center of Nice. The owners are very nice and helpful. The greatest thing about this place is that it’s within walking distance to all the major sights of the city. One of the owners who works there speaks English and is very helpful with guiding you to the main place to see in the city that are in easier walking distance. They are also interesting to talk to And it’s closer to the airport."

"Fantastic location, right on the Tram stop . Only 5 minutes to old Nice. Amenities and staff were amazing and pleasant and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. I have visited Nice many times, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it."
