The staff are helpful, professional and courteous. My only criticism is that it was difficult to cool the room the way I prefer. But overall a good mid range well priced hotel."

"Very new, clean, and modern, but important to note it's not in the city center. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the exception of Jean. Our train from Paris was cancelled and so we needed to reduce our nights stayed, and he was very unhelpful and rigid despite Hotels.com contacting him and offering to reverse all charges/commissions."

"I was very happy with my choice of room. I choose one with a roof top terrace that has fantastic views of the city skyline, the bathroom was clean, the kitchen was perfectly functional, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The hotel is just a short walk from the city center and the train station. If I come back to Bordeaux, I'll also be coming back to Victoria Garden."

"The room was luxurious, welcoming and incredibly comfortable. We loved the bed, linens and all the space for us and our belongings. It was quiet and a relaxing to be in our room. The shower was a small challenge given the smoothness of the very deep bathtub. It was not easy to stay warm while washing our body and the open-air shower."
