"Staff friendly, attentive, striving to help. Loved stepping out to pool and beanbags. Lovely views. fantastic breakfast, lots of restaurants and massages over the water, just over the road Initially seemed a big noisy, could hear the pool filter, sometimes hear the building going up next door. The room was very well appointed and serviced daily. Absolutely loved the staff, always available and happy to assist."

"A lovely stay with friendly staff, if you don’t want to pay for a taxi to get to town or anywhere else you should rent a scooter, the location is up a hill, so walking is quite steep. Pool is very clean, breakfast is great too, rooms are very clean and spacious, just remember to turn on the fridge as soon as you enter as it’s unplugged to save energy."

"This property is terrible. Pool area is dangerous (dirty, uneven tiles, exposed filter unit that wasn't even working). Nobody was manning the reception area, the place was deserted most of the time. The room was unclean and did not smell good (drain/toilet smell was awful). No soap/shower gel in bathroom. Broken soap dispenser on floor. Filthy plastic bin. Shower fitting corroded and caked in limescale. Filthy mirror, covered in limescale. Sheets on bed were musty smelling. Worst of all, the plug of the bedside lamp was rusty and cracked, exposing a bare electrical wire. I could have electrocuted myself had i not noticed before trying to plug it in. I had to stay 2 nights, as i was unable to book another hotel at short notice You (Expedia) should be ashamed of yourselves for endorsing this appalling property! You will be hearing from my credit card company with regard to a refund of the 7 days that i (justifiably, in my opinion) cancelled!"

"It was an average experience. The bed sheets were stained when I got there and had to request for a change.The airport transfer advertised is basically you paying for the ferry and the taxi services and them organising the service for you.very stringent with check out times .i think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is."

"Beautiful views from hotel. Tasty food on order for dinner which was unexpected. Luckily we were the only guests and still we were catered for all our needs. Expensive taxi back. However, dinner menu was really reasonably priced which more than makes up for it."

"Family run property, girls are fabulous. Breakfast is limited but lovely and Nemu Kitchen and across road has great breakfast for something different. Great fried chicken shop across road. Small property with beach at back of property and ask girls to take lounges under shady trees steps from beach. Perfect. It’s cheap, clean and stayed in pool side rooms. It’s relaxing and would stay again. It’s simple old Bali style "
