"My sheets were ripped and the heating system sounded like a 10 passenger jet ready to take off every time it kicked on. I booked the room to have a quiet undisturbed night of rest, which did not happen.
Your staff was phenomenal!!
Breakfast was good although by the time we got in at 8am some stuff was done, it would be nice to extend to 9:30. Most places end breakfast at 10am every day.

"We stayed in what I believe is a recently renovated room. The room was stunningly beautiful and spacious, exuding a sense of cleanliness and organization. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a large mirror and excellent lighting that provided the perfect ambiance for my skincare routine and makeup. If we ever return to Utica, I have no doubt that we will rebook this room without hesitation. "
