"didn't stay for long but would have liked to! nice spacious room and fabulous hot shower, went for Sunday roast and it was delicious. didnt get a chance to use any other facilities . staff at reception were a bit dour, not much smiling or chat going on but the staff at the restaurant more than made up for that as they were so lovely and attentive. would like to go back if ever in Newcastle again "

"The hotel room was nice. There was an iron and an ironing board but no hair dryer. Which seemed odd to me as I would think a hair dryer is used more than an ironing board. The beds were comfy, the place was clean and the room had blackout curtains, which was very appreciated. There were very few plug sockets though. No on site parking but there's a parking place across the road that does 24hr parking for £14 a day or £11 a day with discount provided by the hotel."
