"The front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. They remembered me as I came and went during my stay and always had something friendly to say. My room was cleaned every day and the cleaning staff were very friendly."

"We chose to stay here with our granddaughter because we liked the suites and pool. We would be close to activities including the JellyBelly factory, Six flags, hiking and mini golf. When we arrived we waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The suite was spacious if dated with a broken window lock, cracked sink and the main room TV did not work. The pool and hot tub were green and fetid. When I mentioned this to the front desk in the morning they said that the person who looked after the pool came after 8am - the stated pool opening time. Our room was neither cleaned or resupplied in the 4 nights we were there. On day 3 we put the garbage in the hall, it was emptied but left in the hall. By our door. The beds were comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Overall I would have to say the Staybridge Suites is in decline with aging infrastructure and no one around to care. "

"Costumer Service was amazing, extremely helpful, only good thing about this place!! The pool was not the cleanest, and the jacuzzi was very very Dirty. The worst part was the bed sheets, they had blood stains. To top it off I walked with socks on and the carpet was filthy. Its fair to say this was our first and last time in this hotel."

"Check in lady did not greet us or interact with us . When asked where parking was , she just pointed out the door . Morning time , the staff was dismissive when asking about where I can find the breakfast area . Approaches the bar staff and was ignored . Hotel was very clean and housekeeping was much more friendly and had manners than any of the desk and bar staff. Too bad , hotel was comfortable and clean but will not come again "

"We always enjoy staying here. It's centrally located to be able to walk to the campus and around town. Sometimes we get a bathroom that is small and there is no room to keep our toiletries, however this time we had a good size bathroom with plenty of space. Always recommend the Shattuck. "
