"No mini fridge. What hotel these days doesn't have a mini fridge?! Also no ice machine?! You have to ask for ice. For how much they charge to stay there they don't have the standard things even the cheapest hotels have."

"The valet drop-off and the check-in process were nearly effortless. Their process should be the standard for all hotels. The staff was friendly and so efficient. The room was so close to the elevator. The beds were comfortable. The valet process at checkout was also fast. My only critique is to install better signage on the outside of the building to direct visitors to the entrance, as the valet garage doors can be confusing for first-time visitors. We went to a concert at Grand Casino Area which was an easy walk along the river. I will definitely stay her again. "

"People coming out of the waterpark should not be sitting in the lobby chairs. They were soaking wet when we sat on them. There was no microwave in our room, which would have been nice or leftovers. The restaurant times could’ve been more accommodating."
