But, guests must be aware that this facility is in the forest, there are animals, humidity is constantly present - this is a tropical area after all. The staff is very friendly, they speak mostly only Spanish, but communication is possible with apps. On the other hand, whatever we asked was done immediately. This is a place to rest your soul from the city crowds and everyday stress!
