Clean and cool design; ikea bunk beds
The public facilities were fabulous with lots of tables and outdoor area. Very lively. The staff was so nice and helpful. They had a great array of food, drinks and toiletries for sale. Bed was uncomfortable but it was just a few hours between flights for me. Quick walk from airport.

Perfect location and friendly staff
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a private room which was clean and comfortable. The aircon is controlled from reception which was a little annoying when it was too hot during the night but the staff were happy to change the temperature if asked.

Well run hostel, just a 5 minutes walk from the train station and a not very far from the airport (you can walk there in less than 15 minutes). Very convenient to reach the city center as well. Nice cafeteria and really affordable prices.

Good hostel near Train Station
This is a nice hostel, conveniently located near the train station. The common area is great and has good food and drinks but the bedroom dorms are a bit basic. It would be nice if there were curtains around the beds for privacy. The best thing about this hostel is the staff - they are all so friendly and helpful!

Whilst the staff were really friendly the hostel itself is incredibly dated and in desperate need of a re-furb- the photos on hotels.com aren’t accurate, particularly the bathrooms. There was constant noise from other travellers shouting in the hallways, outside street noise (cars, planes, trains, people) as the windows aren’t sufficient for a city centre location. The stage they have set up on the first floor with all sorts of instruments is unnecessary - someone (badly) playing happy birthday on the recorder for hours isn’t fun! Location wise, like most places in Pisa, the hostel is an easy walk to the airport, train station, city centre & leaning tower.

Great location, easy to walk from airport and right next to the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room, bed and sheets were clean. Locker in the bedroom was very useful. Wifi was good and the laptop in the living area was handy. They looked after my suitcase during the day which was good. Coffee/food service was also very good, would stay again!

Hotel was great for access to the station but the door open onto a street market. The bathroom is in need of refit and the no slip mats need a good clean but the room was clean.

The location is perfect, very close to the train station and walking distance to the leaning tower. The room is nice, clean and with air con :) The hostel is always clean since there are staff cleaning throughout the day and night(?) I love that they have restaurant opening 24/7 so it would be good if you head out very early in the morning or suddenly feel hungry at night like I did and the price is reasonable too. I really enjoy my stay and would definitely recommend it.

This place is excellent. Very clean. Very big room. Could sleep 4 people at a great price. Breakfast was good. The guys working there were very nice and helpful. Some people don't like the location but I never felt unsafe. And it's how most of Naples is. It's just dirty compared to many other places. 10 min walk from train station. A couple of great, and famous pizza places 2 min walk. Would highly recommend. Especially on a budget, about same price as a bed in a dorm.

I loved the atmosphere they had. The hostal was within easy walking distance to the train station ehich made it perfect for us since we arrived late and left very early. We didnt have towels, soap, or real blankets and you were able to hear everything from the garden area and the trains going by. I would stay again but i find out where to get towels and soap as well as bring ear plugs. Overall, I liked it and got to meet interesting people from all over. I also liked that they had a small cafe so we didnt have to hunt for food late in the evening.

I stayed at Hostel Pisa for 2 separate nights, with a great first impression both times I checked in. If someone's already being served at reception, another staff member approaches you to ask if you're checking in. If you are, they give you the form to fill in while you wait. Once you're checked in, they give you a tour of the hostel and facilities as they direct you to your room. Both nights I stayed in a 4-bed female-only room with en-suite, both of which were comfortable, spacious and clean with medium-sized lockers. The first night I was in 208, overlooking the outdoor bar, which stayed noisy well past the 2am close. On checking in the 2nd time, I explained the situation and my request to be in a room overlooking the front of the building was accommodated. Both mornings I had a really good value breakfast, and one evening I did the all-you-can-eat buffet (lukewarm pizza and pasta unless you take from the dishes as soon as they come out the kitchen), which included an alcoholic or soft drink. I also did laundry, which was 5E each for washing and drying, and the dryer was fantastic. The hostel is in a really good location - turn right out the train station and walk 7 mins. It's only 5mins on the train to the airport, or you can walk it in 20 mins. I would definitely recommend it here.

With a 10 minute walk to the airport it was ideal for our needs. The only negative was that the buffet meal was cold when it should have been hot - so we didn't have it but chose a pizza instead. The staff, however, were exceptional.

Hostel is well located a few blocks 10 mins walking from the train station. Late check in allowed. The staff was friendly and the food was tasty and a very affordable price. Room and bathroom were clean and bed was comfortable. I stayed in a 4 beds female room with private bathroom which was comfortable. The only issue is the noise. People in the street made noise until 3 am! And also people outside our room.

Well-run hostel.
This hostel is well-run, has a 24 hour front desk, and a nice bar and food service. One pays small amounts for every “extra” such as towel and soap. WiFi included and very good. Near public transportation, even the airport!

Overall I guess the stay was good considering it was a hostel. My only main complaint was that it was loud till late at night with music playing and there is a train station close by. I need a quiet area to sleep so it was not working for me. On the plus side, it's easily accessible. Only a short walk from the station, but far from the leaning tower. The front desk said they would call me a cab to take me to the tower and just to come down 10 mins before I want to leave. I came down 20 minutes earlier to be safe, but the guy didn't call till much later. When he started calling he said he was unable to get me a cab. At this point there was only 30 mins left till my appointment to walk to the top of the leaning tower. I had to run as fast as I can and had to get a cab in my own. This experience left me very disappointed with the hostel services. My advice: don't trust the staff to call a cab for you. Figure out your own way there or walk. I almost missed my appointment to the top of the tower bc of them and that was the only reason I came to Pisa to begin with
