The rooms were fabulous and spacious, and the property host was as nice as one could ever hope. The location couldn’t be better. Very close to the main pedestrian way, and a short walk to the tower. I’ll add we had a small problem (not an issue with the property!), and the host was very helpful as we found a solution. We would stay again without hesitation.

.A well-kept apartment in the heart of Pisa. The apartment was clean and the people running it very friendly and helpful. Pisa tower is a 20 min walk and the airport is a 30-min walk making this the perfect place to explore the city on foot. It is in the center of most monuments in pisa worth visiting. The towels for the shower however smelled musky, but this is the only minus we could find.

This is a beautiful property that the lovely owner was so proud to show us. There is attention to detail from the quality of the sheets to the artwork, to the bathroom sink. It’s quiet, clean, and in a perfect location.The AC works perfectly and is quiet. My favourite part of this space is the 1000th century restored art piece on the wall. Thank you, Patrizia for your wonderful hospitality!

The host was so sweet and accommodating! They also went above and beyond to provide small touches for extra comfort eg water, toiletries etc. the bed was very comfortable. this was a very unique place to stay and close to lots of shops, restaurants etc. we had a great experience!

Our host Patrizia was wonderful. The flat is gorgeous and features a 1000 year old wall. The bedroom is spacious and a the separate living room was a treat. Only 8min walk from central station and 1min walk from all the hustle and bustle. Pleasant 5min walk to Pisa tower. All and all fantastic place to stay, close to all attractions but quite and peaceful . We absolutely loved it

Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. There is a long shopping street running parallel to the property's road. Our apartment was stunning! Beautifully designed, bright and spacious. The air con was the best we'd experienced in Italy during this trip which was a godsend as it was 38 degrees. The place was spotlessly clean and Patrizia made everything easy for us. The property was about a 10-15 minute walk for us pulling cases in this heat from the train station so we asked Patrizia to order us a taxi for our return trip 2 days later which she did. The taxi cost around €12. We would definitely like to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Wat een pareltje!! Aanrader! Na een whatsappje stond de vriendelijke gastvrouw ons op te wachten. Onze kamer met terras op de benedenverdieping was zeer proper! Alles in goede staat. Het enige wat ontbrak was koffie en een wijnopener ;-) Alles is op loopafstand, het centrum, station, toren van Pisa,.. geen last van lawaai of verkeer. Zee
