Very helpful staff and very friendly. If you like a very very firm matress then you will be comfortable. For me the pillows were too shallow. The hotel could do with some brightening up. Breakfast pastries and pancakes were delicious! Short walk to the leaning tower and cathedral. Toilet roll was scented, if this is a problem for you, bring your own.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Room interior was of satisfactory condition. It was clean, tidy and included a fridge. On the downside, the corridors leading to the room had dirty carpets and felt from a bygone era. The key to the room is old fashioned and with a heavy keyring, so everyone drops the keys when they exit. Overall, very good

Beautiful hotel, great room, amazing bathroom and shower, the best we’ve had of the three places we have stayed at. Quiet at night, elevator available. Continental breakfast was nice, the staff are all excellent

Great place to stay. Family run hotel with amazing staff. Beds were so comfortable slept really well. Quiet room even though we were on the ground floor with window onto local road. Breakfast always left us full up with a great selection.
