"There is no breakfast bar unless you are a member of Sonata and as far as the bar, the bartender was amazing. I didn’t get her name, but there wasn’t a very busy bar for that type of hotel being that it was in the high 80s in May you would think they would’ve opened either the indoor pool outdoor pool something and nothing was open. Nothing was clean. We had issues where the shower wood gurgle into the sink. There was a smell in the building as far as the staff I never saw housekeeping ever and if I wanted anything clean, I had to go downstairs and get it myself. I would never stay there again. Another couple left also."

"Do not waste your money. The first room smelled like mildew, the TV had the wrong remote, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work so basically your in a technological dead zone. The carpeting in the hallway is ripped. The ottoman in the room had cigarette burns on it. I called the front desk 3 times and no one ever picked up so I called the outside number and sure enough the man answered so clearly he was ignoring the guests calls. He came up and tried the TV, then agreed that it was the wrong one, said they don't have any more for the smart TV and said the WiFi doesn't work when there are a lot of guests. I had to leave the room to pick up my wife and wanted to put a me water bottles in the fridge but when I opened it up the smell was gross and it wasn't working (what a shock). I told the same man at the desk on my way out. When we got back he offered to move us to a different room, which we gladly accepted. When we shifted rooms, the new tv didn't work at all, the carpeted floor was soaking wet by the bed and when I tried to call, the phone in the room didn't work. I just gave up at that point. The sad part is, we've stayed in this hotel a few times and it was always great. When we left I let the morning person know what we experienced and all she said was "I'll let maintenance know about the water". No apology, no offer of a refund, nothing. Not sure if there is new ownership or not, but this was brutal. Buyer beware..."

"Terrible experience, rude staff tried to accuse me of not paying my pet fee. They had to change my room because the room they put me in originally was disgusting. The air conditioner had dust buildup on it. The granite top in the kitchen was cracked. There was mold and mildew all over the bathtub. They moved me rooms and then I informed them that the room that they moved me into that the refrigerator was not working properly, and I have special medication that needs to be refrigerated. They did not care to take care of the problem they told me it was my fault that they had to switch my room the first time. Started talking crap about how I left the room and the condition it was in when I had video evidence and photos to how I left the room. They told me it was my job to sweep and clean the hotel room. "

"The sign was propped up on the La Quinta sign when we pulled in. Major repairs were being done and ceiling tiles removed. Treadmills were in the hallways covered in dust from remodel. 1 elevator was out of order while the other one stopped on every floor when going to our room on the top floor. The room was clean, our air conditioner was super noisy. The buffet breakfast was actually bagels and two slices of toast put in ziploc bags. There was only two cereals offered beside it as the entire breakfast. The staff were pleasant and friendly. But the remainder of our stay I had to worry about not breathing due to the construction debris."
