"Stains everywhere. Mold in tub. Front desk crew had no idea what they were doing. Breakfast was a joke. Furniture was falling apart. I booked the jacuzzi suite and they said I didn't and we're going to give me a basic room. I showed them my reservation and they made a call to some manager and they said ok. I felt incredibly creeped out and not safe there. Found out later this building was supposed to be the mansion for Warren Jeffs, so I guess I stayed in the casting couch room. They were running some sort of loud daycare playing Moana on the second floor. Fan didn't work. Blinda were broken. It was just a very unnerving place, don't really know why. I can only explain it as the feeling I'd expect to have from being abducted by aliens. Never going back. I'd rather pay an extra hundred and just stay in Saint George. "

"I was yelled at by the property manager for reporting that the toilet would not flush toilet paper, nor did the TV work. I asked for my money back so I could go somewhere else, but she said no. I asked for a room change and at first she said no because she would have to do a deep clean of the room (we had been in the room for an hour). She finally decided to move us and an hour later she had checked someone else into the first room. Also, the website clearly states that breakfast is included, but the desk clerk said no absolutely not. The curtains were the thinnest I have ever seen on a motel room. There is no nice grassy area for dogs, which another reviewer praised. The bed was uncomfortable."

"Clean, accommodating and cheap. Nothing special from old time motel. Breakfast was good, fresh warm eggs, sausage etc. Noisy ac, no cabinets. Good place to get some rest. Registration is at the hotel couple of bldgs. down the street,and should be mentioned on the listing, no big deal just saves you the hassle of getting off your bike to register."

"Good place. Breakfast was good but no cooked oatmeal. Coffee was so so. Overall the property was clean and new but the breakfast was average. I would stay again though."

"Overall the hotel was less nice than expected. Felt more like a cheap motel. The pool was closed. There was no in room coffee, but there was a good local spot up the street."
