"The room was spacious. The king bed mattress was unusually high off the ground. Rather strange and may be difficult for seniors to get on and off. Coffee pods were stocked but missing cream and sugar. Therefore the 3 stars. "
"We got a really good deal for our stay and were pleasantly surprised. It looks like the rooms have been recently renovated, new floors, updated furniture, and an overall refreshed look. Everything was clean and comfortable.
The AC is an older floor model, but it worked well and kept the room cool. The beds were comfortable, and our two-queen room felt spacious for me and my daughter . A little snug for a family of four .
They now offer a small complimentary breakfast with muffins, bagels, waffles, fruit, juice, and coffee. Staff mentioned they plan to roll out a larger breakfast with eggs and sausage in the coming months, which will be a nice addition.
Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and there’s plenty of parking. The property also has a gym and pool, although we didn’t get a chance to use them.
The location is convenient too ,there’s a Starbucks, Smart & Final, Denny’s, and other food options nearby which made grabbing coffee or a quick meal really easy.
Overall, it was a comfortable two-night stay with my kiddo and a great value for the price."

6/10 Okay
"The ocean view was excellent. The heated hot tub pool was cold. Barely useful. The restaurant the waiters obviously were not getting along. Our food was okay but nothing great especially in light of the price. The electronic key often didn’t work so we had to get help often which was an inconvenience. Also it is expensive to park at the property with no other options close by. "
"For the location, price, and property it’s a great hotel. What I enjoyed most was they allowed us to check in early, breakfast hours 7-1030 give you enough time, and complimentary snacks 5-7. Downtown Ventura is just a walk away as well as Ventura pier. "
"Definitely not worth the price, room smelled strange, blood stained sheets, decor is 35 years out of date. No AC/ Heat control for the room, only a desktop fan. The location is great, with nice restaurants. "
"Susie was extremely helpful when I called to confirm and when I checked in. She should be promoted
Clean, centrally located, comfortable bed, nice pool.
