"The room is spacious by HK standards. We had a big area to walk about in the room and put our luggages. The staff were really friendly and made our stay wonderful. They even helped us get a bigger 4-seater taxi on the day we checked out as we had 7 luggages. We took one taxi directly to airport which made the journey easier and more economical (vs 2 taxis or to transfer to Airport Express line). Depending on whether you can walk, the only possibly a con wasthat we have to walk about 5 to 7min to the nearest MRT station at TST East Station (which was ok for me, but my group has young children and elderly). The toilet comes with Japanese style bidet which was so comfortable especially in the cold weather( the toilet bowl was heated). Overall, very nice and comfortable hotel. Highly recommended. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was very warm and welcoming, and the staff went the extra mile by surprising us with a birthday cake to celebrate, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room was clean and comfortable. While the bed was a bit soft for my personal preference, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I truly enjoyed my stay—thank you to the wonderful team!"

"I have a well welcome from bell boy Kenny, while I’m doing the check in , he offer my old uncle a card to gent if he needed, he will also reminder my elderly to bring more cloths cox the weather is cold. He indeed a very helpful and caring staff . And Joyce and miko helping us with smooth check in , they reminded the housekeeping to keep and eyes on us cox we got elderly check in. I’m very thankful to 3 of them especially, let us a pleasant and warm stay. "

"The breakfast was a highlight. The two men managing it were excellent. They remembered our tea and coffee orders each morning. Good variety that changed daily. Although we didn't require housekeeping, they were very diligent and checked with us every day to make sure we didn't need anything. A comfortable, safe hotel in a good location."
