Wanted to get on the boat but he said it had to be a minimum of 10 people and it was just us to so we couldn’t do that. The slide on the water park wasn’t available either. I loved breakfast! "I recently stayed at this property and had a very concerning experience. During my stay, I encountered what appeared to be bed bugs, which I reported immediately and documented. What was equally concerning was how the situation was handled afterward. I was told Kenyon (The Manager) would follow up, but despite calling the hotel numerous times and sending multiple emails, I received little to no communication. It took repeated effort on my end just to get a brief response. When I did connect with Kenyon, the interaction was rude, and extremely dismissive and lacked urgency, which is not appropriate given the nature of the issue. I was also told at the front desk that a resolution would be provided, but there has been no follow-through. Regardless of where you stay, situations can happen. What matters is how they are handled, and in this case, the lack of communication and accountability was disappointing. I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully inspect their rooms upon arrival.. OR better yet.. Just stay elsewhere, not worth the BED BUGS and rude manager. "

"We loved our stay at the Fredonia. This was my husband‘s first time to visit the historic town of Nacogdoches as well as the Fredonia hotel and Convention Center. I have been there several times and have always been pleased. The staff does everything in their power to make your stay wonderful. Our room was perfect and cozy."
