"El hotel esta muy bien cuidado. Todo limpio, los baños muy aseados y todos los productos de aseo basicos de muy buena calidad, la habitación muy confortable y comoda , bien iluminado. Con servicio de wifi , un desayuno bueno, bien organizado, con estacionamiento en la propiedad. El staff atento pero no habla español, pero nos ayudo ya que no hablo ingles para hacerse enterder. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena para las personas que quieran tener un acceso rápido y al frente de lo outlets premiun de houston, por de lo contario esta un poco retirado otros lugares de interés."

"Free parking - right off I10 - was first assigned a room that was not acceptable to me. Ask for a different room and was told there were none. I went to the assigned room and immediately returned to the check in and demanded a new room. Was assigned a new room. That was very kind of them, but should have done upon check in. There was no "do not disturb" hanger for the room. When I went down to the desk, now one was there to help. Waited a bit and then left. In the morning when taking a shower, the pressure was low from shower head as the diverter was not working properly. This was a 2 night stay and when arriving back to the hotel from my day out, the room keys did NOT work. So I had to go back to the desk to get them replaced. On a good note the breakfast was hot and plentiful. Coffee was fresh and there were flavor choices to add."

"Walked in and felt like a pretty new hotel. Breakfast was spot on everyday with lots of choices. I even took pictures of it because it stood out from the typical. It’s the main reason I’m staying there every time I return for work. "

"Our stay was great! I don't remember the name of the woman at the desk but she was great. Checking in was quick/easy and seamless. The building upon driving up was in good shape. Rooms were clean, very spacious, had everything we needed, ac worked great and beds were comfortable! They were completely booked, yet we heard little to no noise outside of our rooms. The parking lot is shared with another hotel and a convenient store and felt very safe due to being very well lit up. I will definitely stay again next yr for our yearly trip."

"Great value for what we needed. Spent the day at a festival down the road and needed some place to rest and relax overnight before making the long trek home the next day. For the price, it was exactly as expected. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable, short stay."
