Restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Staff very friendly. We had a beautiful view of the harbour looking out to downtown Vancouver. Walking distance to the Seabus. Loved our stay here. Just be careful... there are 2 Pinnacle hotels... make sure you book the right one!

We had a very comfortable stay. The place felt just like home. It was clean, well-lit, and the smart TV made it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and communicated well.
Although the elevator was temporarily out of service at the time we stayed, the staff were very proactive and made sure we had the help we needed, which we appreciated.
It would be helpful to have more hooks in the washroom for hanging clothes or towels and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we’re thankful for the warm hospitality!
