Old and muggy smelling in the room. Our room was right next to the leaking ice maker room. Paper thin walls, the a/c unit was right next to the bed and it sits lower than the mattress. The extra sink leaks around the base of the faucet. You could hear Krystal burgers drive thru speaker 😖. We had to leave a day early, and were told no refund for my prepaid 3rd day. Hope that room remained empty and the Microtel did not get paid twice for it. Will NOT stay there again. There seems to be other options.

The toilet didn’t work well. Had to flush it about three for it to flush. Kids running up and down the hallway at 11 pm and I called the desk and he didn’t do anything about it. He said he had to catch them doing it but he never came up the third floor to check it out.

The staff was unfriendly when I questioned the staff about the quote that I was given! Argued with me about the pet fee. Which I was well aware of. When we finally agreed and got to our room it smelled of Mold! I am allergic to mold and couldn’t stay on in there. Went and asked for another room. Gave me the adjoining room. Could still smell it. The furniture was horrible and there was a sink in the middle of the room with no place to put your suitcase or hang your clothes. Very very disappointing.
