The staff was so very nice and my stay was pleasant the pool was nice and heated as the jacuzzi was hot as well as a nice clean room and the bed was so comfy the breakfast was good only thing was the meat was not Muslim friendly but the selections were plentiful I will be back

The Econolodge in Pigeon Forge is very cute - the decor is a combination of rustic and garden. Our room was small, but comfortable, and centrally located so we didn't have a lot of stairs/walking for the pool and breakfast. The heated indoor pool was nice, but the hot tub was too crowded to get a seat. This place was perfect for our one-night stay for a quick hike in the Smoky Mountains.

My privacy and security was not a priority at this property. The front desk agent (white male) was more interested in his phone conversation than speaking with us. We were rushed through check in. Check in was terrible due to my privacy being violated. I was asked to read out my credit card number out loud in the lobby. Credit card pin pad was not used. We were denied a room move and told property was completely booked yet there were rooms available to be rented on their website, hotels.com and Expedia.com. Our room was clean but did not look as pictured nor as described and was road facing which was very loud all night. We chose this hotel based on jacuzzi at the pool and the riverside views. We did not get a room with the riverside view and the jacuzzi was broken. Front desk agent was not helpful and very rude!!! Two towels in the bathroom had clumps of long black hair wrapped up in them and 1 hand towel had black hair imbedded in the towel. Shower curtain was not changed from previous guest or guests and was actually yellowed from overuse. PTAC cooked the room when we checked in but during the night was not cooling and made loud noises. I called down to the front desk 2 times during the night and never got an answer. We got what little sleep we could and left early the next morning. No ice machine could be found that worked. Overall if the check in process was better I would have overlooked a few of the issues because we loved the location and cleanliness of the property.

This is the second time we have stayed at Econo Lodge. The first time, it was excellent. This time, overall the room was clean.. but.. the first night we saw one roach. We killed it. Everything appeared clean in the room. The second night, saw another roach on the counter by the sink. Saw a couple dead roaches in the bottom of the cabinet by the refrigerator.

Usually once an issue like this is reported, we would have the guest moved to another room and the room in question blocked off for inspection/treatment. Looking at your reservation however, we don't see where you reported any issues with room. Did you speak with anyone at the Front Desk while you were here about it by chance? If yes, we would like to hear from you on what the follow up from us was. Rest assured, this is not the norm for us and we would love to have you stay with us again whenever you're in Pigeon Forge.

Read a few bad reviews and some thing that happened a few yrs ago. Was worried. But it was nice. Not the best, a little dated. But we like the older style hotels. Pool was amazing after trekking the smokies. Indoors and warm. We will stay again.

We thought the property was in a great location! It was very clean. Beds were very soft and comfortable and a great hotel for families! The indoor pool was in a central location and very convenient. The breakfast was pretty good, very basic but good options to choose from.

The staff was friendly except for the pool guy. He came in and rudely yelled at the people in the pool. There were some issues but it could have been done in a better way. The continental breakfast was decent except for the eggs they were awful. No pancakes or waffles just biscuits and gravy. No bagels either. Overall the stay was fine.

River side rooms were nice and quiet with and easy to enjoy the view. The washer and dryers were out of order but staff worked to repair for later use. Some furniture and fixtures in room are starting to show age but still worked and were comfortable. The heating unit made loud noises and should be looked at for repairs. overall a nice stay and would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay! We took our granddaughter. It was clean, convenient, & right in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge. The indoor pool was one of the best we have seen in a while & we have stayed in at least 20 different hotels/cabins over the last 10 years. We would recommend to others & we would stay here again.

Most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in, and I travel for business a ton. Door wouldn’t stay shut unless you manually locked it Just getting very run down.
