We loved this property but wished the pool was open to at lesst be able to sit around it

When we arrived, the temperature in the condo was at almost 80 degrees. As the evening progressed, the property did not cool off so we called the property management company. A maintenance person came out and told us the AC unit was frozen so we would have to turn it off and back on at 10pm. When we questioned what we needed to do if it didn’t cool at 10pm what were we supposed to do, we were told to turn it off again and continue to let it defrost. Thankfully, it started to cool at 10 and we were able to go to sleep around 1am(after a five hour drive that day). There was an old mattress out by the street the entire week and no one bothered to move it. There’s no dishwasher in the unit. The jets in the jacuzzi tub did not work. There is no washer and dryer in the unit( I should have read the description closer). I have never left a bad review for any property we have stayed in through the years but we would definitely not stay here again.
