This condo is in a beautiful very quite location When you walk in it’s a very nice spacious condo . We had a large group 7 of us sadly the dishwasher was broken , the pool was listed but didn’t mention it was closed for season so it costed me extra to fill the days we planned for the pool . The master bath smelled like urine there was also roaches in the cabinets . It’s a gorgeous place but needs cleaned better and orkin .

Great for large familes.

More parking is definitely needed for large family stay. The appliances were out dated and microwave falling apart. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, soaps, towels, etc. were great to have. Lots a space for a big family! Washer and dryer was in a shared area with other people, this did not make us feel safe. Love the area and view.

I didn’t like it. We had too many issues. The refrigerator had rust running down the front of it. We had bed bugs in the beds and left. It was not clean. No compensation was given for our trouble.

Spacious and Clean Condo

Condo was actually three bedrooms. Very spacious and clean. Queen size beds were a bit soft and not the most comfortable. Jacuzzi was outside on the front porch and great at night after a long day of fun. The place is minutes from dollywood. Quiet condo community close to nearby pigeon forge and gatlinburg. There was laundry and game table as well. Driveway up to the condo was paved, but a bit steep.

We absolutely loved the 13C. It was very spacious lot of room. The property was clean and beautiful views from everywhere.
