"Hotel staff was a disappointment. First he told me that he can’t find my booking then it was cancelled and afterwards room is not ready yet. No apology for wasting time."

"Cold water takes time. Need to run hot water for a long time. Light on the bump bed was broken. Room was small for a 4-person room. Garage is horrible for 1 night of $38."

"The staff was really nice. The location of the hotel is perfect and everything was easy: check in & check out. Honestly a perfect place to stay !"

"It was ok. Staff were friendly and always present. It’s very dated and could do with a refurb in general. The room was huge with a kitchenette but poorly lit in areas. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. I wasn’t keen to sit on the sofa because it was old and stained. The location is great for the price. Breakfast was as expected for a North American hotel in this price bracket - disposable plates and mostly beige food but a couple of fruit and yoghurt options and boiled eggs, but it tasted nice. Brewed coffee was good. The issue with breakfast is the area is quite small for the size of the hotel. There were a lot of sports and school groups staying, they all show up at the same time and then linger for a while after finishing to chat. It’s nice for them to socialise but it means there’s nowhere to sit for breakfast and a lot of guests have to take food to their rooms. There is also a very noisy and busy road at the front, ear plugs mandatory. "
