"Great location, stairs (lots of stairs) to the beach, rooms spacious and clean. The only issue we had was parking, we had two cars and they only allow one parking pass per room. We had to find space four blocks away to leave one car. It was residential, but not the best situation to have women walking late at night to their cars."

"This is an older property. The great thing is you do get some larger rooms/bathroom. Could use some updating but then you would be paying a higher rate because the location is great! Everything is within walking distance. Stay during the week to get the lower rates as everything goes up for weekend rates. Definitely would stay here again. When AC was out on the first room, they addressed the issue right away and moved us to a new room. So some rooms need maintenance, but again, the price and location are great."

"Room was clean. Staff is friendly However the carpet & furniture were a bit dated. Walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors talking. Overall it was a good stay. "

"The hot tub was roped off and we were not given a reason why. Kind of a big bummer for a beach trip in February."

"The hotel is in a great location right in a shopping area everything’s around you and really close to Pismo Beach"

"This hotel was in a nice location not far from anything. The room was newly renovated and felt comfortable and clean. The only issues we had was the key card wouldn’t allow us into the hotel, then it wouldn’t allow us into our room, which was a bit frustrating, hopefully they fixed it by now."
