A Wonderful Stay – Like Visiting Family in Italy From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The couple who run this charming B&B are not only professional but truly caring — you can feel that they put their heart into everything they do. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and full of small thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Breakfast was with fresh fruits, delicious coffee or tea. We checked-in late so could personalise our breakfast but...

A beautiful classic hotel next to the train station and city centre. Lovely rooms, spa and an amazing roof terrace. The staff were excellent, and we really enjoyed our 3 nights here.

The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. Pre-visit you get to pick what you want in your free minibar, what type of pillows, what type of mattress and a few other surprises. The building is not new but is very well...

Very probably the most lovely hotel I have ever stayed in!!!

We really enjoined our stay at this property. The personnel is very nice, rooms very clean and conformable and breakfast is great. Just 7 minutes walk to Matterhorn-Express, the hotel is very central but quiet at the same time.

Wow what a place ! Amazing venue very clean and the staff are so helpful. Very quirky having to take 4 elevators to your room but all part of the charm. Room was spacious, clean and had everything needed, breakfast had a great selection with hot croissants. Definitely recommend

Very welcoming staff. Lovely building and general environment. Relaxing stay.

We spent two very enjoyable weeks in Domodossola staying at the Nicomat Rooms. Anna and Fabiola couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily and the breakfast was a delight each morning. Many thanks all round. Sue and Paul

Staff were great at check in and breakfast, room was spotless and everything felt very new. Room was really well equipped, wish I was staying longer😅

Wonderful hotel in beautiful natural setting with great restaurant. Very friendly staff. Pet friendly.

Nice luxury hotel, attentive staff, fantastic food. I did not like to see people hanging around in bath robes at breakfast or lunch, I know it is a resort/SPA but it is really not necessary to avoid the basic effort of getting dressed. La Rei restaurant is superb.

Hotel situated in a great location, Hotel is clean and a true boutique hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing and really hope to settle in and give great suggestions for places to eat in the evening. Room was clean tidy and Aircon was fantastic along with a very comfortable bed which insured a good night sleep. Now looking at booking next year it was that good.

The space and facilities of the room —or rather rooms, because there was a separate sitting room and kitchen— were excellent. Rather than the hotel room I expected, this was effectively an aparthotel . The well appointed kitchen enabled me to make myself simple meals there . The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very central , and the staff friendly and helpful. Altogether an excellent address in Central Turin.

The hotel is very close to the Porta Nuova train station. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. I loved the fact that there were quite many coffee bars where I could buy freshly baked croissants and pastries. The room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. What makes this hotel outstanding was the friendliness of the staff at the reception. I felt immediately welcome. Upon arrival I was given a larger room than the one that I booked. In addition, because my sister travelled to visit...
