"This is my kind of camping: desert all around, a sky full of stars, and a real bed. The tent was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a working hot shower. Outside, we had a deck, gas grill, firepit, and places to sit. Other tents were within sight, but it still felt quiet and remote. Conny, our host, was welcoming and helpful, and checkout went smoothly. I brought my telescope and enjoyed a clear night of astrophotography, which was a highlight of the stay. Bring your food, drinks, and supplies. This isn't somewhere you can count on a quick delivery or an easy run to the store. The road was rough during our visit. Conny said recent rain had made it worse, so check conditions with the host before heading out. For the experience we had, I felt the price was well worth it. Five stars."

"The breakfast is very good, (eggs, bacon, sausage, quiche, cereals, milk, and chocolate milk, fruit, yogurt, bagels, waffles, pastries, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, hit chocolate, apple juice, orange juice, and cranberry blend.) My wife has a gluten allergy and was able to eat a breakfast there. They have GF blueberry muffins and quiche upon request. My mother-inlaw has severe mobility issues and uses an electric scooter to move around. She cannot transition on her own. One of the elevators is large enough for her scooter. The handicap room was spacious for for scooter, the beds were low enough for her to get into with help, and the bathroom had handrails that allowed her to use the toilet. (The sink was set back too far. It wasn't easy to use from her scooter/wheelchair but with effort it could be done). We used the laundry room which was easy, (they sell detergent and dryer sheets for $2 each in the lobby), there are water fountains on each floor for drinking or filling water bottles. We did not use the pool of exercise room."

"White Stallion rocks! 🐎 I just came back from White Stallion Ranch and had to leave a review immediately. I was only there for three days (mid-August, yeah it was effing hot!) but I had such an amazing experience that I wish I'd booked a full week. To be honest, I was scared of getting bored. Damn, I was wrong. They have tons of activities. We did the slow ride, yoga, massages and magic show... We used the pool a lot, the game room, fed the horses and cuddled Ranger the cat probably too much. Before dinner, they offer appetizers in the common room which makes it very easy to meet and mingle with other guests. The property is gorgeous, the food is really good, the staff is super nice and welcoming, and they do not overcharge (in my humble opinion). Lunch was only $20 and dinner $30. Juice cans were $2. The room looked exactly like the pictures on their website. It was really cute cowboy style and comfy. And clean! Hmm, what else? I think that's it. Just go."
