"the place is beautiful. the staff was helpful at all times. they picked us up promptly and were available at all times. the hotel is localed in the best part of town"
"The staff at Hotel La Terra were all friendly and helpful. Pickup and drop-off at remote parking was always available, quick, and easy. Breakfast was vary good and included a variety of quality items, some hot, pastries, meats, cheeses, fresh cakes and pies, coffee, cereal, etc. Access to room was 24 hr. Lovely space with opening windows in our room, large shower and bath area, small couch. We had a triple room that included a single bed. The hotel has a perfect location in the old town. I'd definitely stay at LaTerra again."
"Unfortunately, not a good stay for us. The noise from the street and nearby church is very loud and starts early. One of the bedrooms has a skylight and no way to cover this, impossible to sleep after sunrise. The bathroom smelled bad from the drains."
"Wonderful small studio apartment right in the heart of town. It was a little challenging finding the place and parking so do plan ahead. Simply using Google Maps wasn't helpul! Perhaps the host can give GPS coordinates for the nearby parking on Piazza Matteotti. Google Maps didn't know what that was! But wonderful accommodation and delightful host. Highly recommend!"
"We enjoyed our stay here overall. Bathrooms were very clean, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to watch the sunset and swallows swooping about. It is fairly easy to park on the surrounding streets but don’t drive to the property itself if you have a big car as you could get stuck. Most things you’d need are provided including water which was appreciated. The local area has small shops with very friendly and helpful proprietors - we enjoyed shopping for local produce to take back to the apartment. The TV was also streaming capable - great!
Some points to note:
*the big beds are actually singles pushed together
*the mattresses had protective covers underneath the linen which made the beds feel a bit clammy/damp
*The upstairs bedroom has a boiler in it behind the screen which can be noisy at times
*stairs are steep and uneven in places
*no curtain/door on the upstairs bedroom
*you are expected to sort rubbish and place rubbish outside for collection or be fined, so we took our rubbish with us
*messages from the hosting company included a link for pre check-in but it didn’t work - for some reason messages to the host via Expedia went unanswered so I had to find the mobile number for their WhatsApp on their Facebook page and then it was easy to sort things out; the mobile isn’t in the listing so I recommend using the mobile to be able to message directly instead: 39 118 639 58
*once at the property you have to FaceTime the hosting company to verify ID to gain access

"We spent 4 nights in Ostuni and were so happy that be picked the Palazzo for our stay. Matteo the owner was so charming, helpful and overall kind. His morning breakfast was fit for a king, everything from the food choices to the amazing service to our delicious coffee was truly amazing. I would give this 10 stars if I could.
