"The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were amazing, The breakfast was very tasty and so many options, a great way to start your day. I will be coming back and I recommend it to anyone who's thinking about staying in Ostuni. The town is gorgeous."

"This is an excellent hotel if your’re planning on venturing around Puglia. First, Ostuni is beautiful and very worth seeing. Two, the hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking to city center but don’t let that deter you. The amount of carbs and gelato you’ll be consuming, you’ll need the extra steps. Three, the bus pick you up and drops you off right in front of the hotel which makes getting to the train station (for Puglia city hopping) very convenient. The breakfast buffet served in the morning is delicious and bountiful. Spa!!! Make sure you make time for a spa treatment. Very clean with excellent amenities. Carla was my massuese and she had magic hands. Staff in the front is super sweet and helpful and willing to help you any which way they can. Rooftop restaurant is very good too, with an excellent view of the city. Make sure you make time for Lecce and Trulli houses."

"The property & staff were 5 star. The only areas that fell a little short of the top rating were the bed a bit too firm, & the buffet breakfast was not as plentiful in selection as some other Italian hotels we'd stayed in. However the cooked items at breakfast were excellent."

"This was my third visit to this hotel in Ostuni. It is a charming and quirky hotel with a number of original features which I've always liked. It is right in centre of town but our room was incredibly quiet and cool, which was much needed in the August heat! Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choice and my bed was very comfortable. Parking is a five minute walk away down the hill. They have a small shuttle to collect guests and luggage but I didn't mind the walk. The hotel has spaces in a car park at €8 extra a day, which we were not aware of until checkout."

"If we could have given this hotel 10 stars we would have. It is an amazing place. From the second you arrive, they make you feel so special and welcome. The rooms, facilities, pool areas, restaurants are all so beautiful and well maintained. And most importantly, the staff are all so incredibly nice and welcoming. They all made it a point to introduce themselves and say hello to us (including my 2 year old) every time they saw us. It's a special place."

"Property is nice enough, clean and comfortable. Location is pretty good and central. Where the hotel falls down is the service from the staff. There was little assistance in terms of advice of how to get from the station to the airport. Also, an iron was requested for the room but despite promises never arrived. Property good, staff service and friendliness a little lacking."
