Insonorisation exterieure faible et rideaux laissant passer lumière extérieure. Attention pas de piscine seulement un bassin vide avec des cailloux, car j ai vu qu il etait mentionné chambre avec vue piscine. Proximité ville et lac à 15mn à pied. "
