"Do not book at this establishment, it does not exist. This hotel was bought and no longer exists. However, the former owner can still collect the money, I must now make a claim to hope to see my money back."

"Our short stay was perfect. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower/bath tub room was large and well kept. The highlight is the pool. Practically had it to ourselves, a great temperature and plenty of space to sit. It was peaceful and quiet too due to its location. Hosts had excellent English and were very friendly and accommodating. We’ll go back for sure!"

"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner is a very simple and kind man. The hotel is situated very close to the center, fifteen minutes walk to the center. It is very quiet at night and safe. i stayed there for five nights. I have very good memories."

"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once...

"Hotel is lovely; the courtyard with the swimming pool in the middle was my favourite. It created great ambience for the rooms surrounding the pool with lots of greenery. "Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced from any hotel, anywhere. From the moment we arrived the entire team didn’t just make us feel welcome, they made us feel special; they went to extraordinary lengths (room upgrade, massage vouchers, free lunches, they even Socrates our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary). The hotel itself is a lovely sanctuary in the heart of Siem Reap, but it was the service and friendliness of the entire team that truly made this a stay we will never forget!"

"Wonderfull luxury hotel with excellent staff and service. Turndown at night is accompanied by local fruit and pastry treats. Beautifully appointed throughout and the Elephant Bar is a must. An ideal place to come home to after a hard day’s sightseeing at Angkor. We’ll remember it with pleasure."

Really nice hotel with this price!

"Perfect location and very flexible front desk and tour desk combination! The hotel is extremely convenient in going out for dinner, drinking, shopping, taking tour, and also for airport access. The breakfast is valuable in choice, and there is bathtub in the room which is really nice to relieve the fatigue from visiting ruins. Really very nice hotel with this price, and I will recommend this hotel to my friends!"
