As the name suggests, the view is excellent rooms are large and clean, but some furniture already a bit worn no mosquito-nets at balcony-doors pool is nice, but no cleaning robot, water is changed weekly a scooter or car is a must have, but that is the price for the location with a perfect view ...

This property is built on a steep incline without a single elevator. Two of our group are elderly and one of us is battling cancer. Just to go between rooms or get to the lobby or pool one must call for a golf cart ride. There is literally nowhere to walk in, around or out of the hotel. We were shocked at arrival to discover this, as there was no mention that we could find in the Expedia listing. We knew we had to get out as soon as possible so we let the hotel and Expedia know on the first of our five days stay we would have to leave early. We finally got out with two days left on our reservation. The hotel never once responded to us regarding a refund, but they did respond to Expedia and let them know there would be no refund for the unused days even though we gave several days' notice and a valid reason for leaving. Stay here only if you want to be trapped on the side of a mountain.

Check in was a mess as we brought 20 people and they got couples in rooms with two twin beds and single people who are sharing a room into rooms with a king size bed plus there were several rooms with no working air conditioning and one of the rooms had a very strong sewer smell

Hôtel dans un quartier qui permet de s’intégrer à la vie thaïlandaise. A 3 min de AKA, très près de l’épicerie et de centre de location de scooter, c’est un très bon départ! La piscine est fabuleuse et les petit balcons qui nous permettent de voir les levés du soleil sont des wow de la place! Le resto était fermé encore donc on a dû s’organiser pour se faire livrer (confinement initial) Super pour un prix pas élevé!

Gorgeous view and pool. Definitely need a scooter or something to explore with as its a little far from everything. The staff was nice but almost too concerned that we were okay? Sometimes its nice to just swim or eat breakfast in peace, with out being asked 19 times if everything is okay. They were super helpful though and drove us to a rental place and taxis and everything

Hotel ist sehr schön und die Aussicht !!!

Atemberaubende Aussicht auf Phuket vom Zimmer oder vom Pool aus. Wir hatten Ameisen und Spinne. Im Zimmer deshalb haben wir es gewechselt und mit dem Manager gesprochen. der hat uns dann ein viel krasseres Zimmer gegeben mit noch besserer Aussicht ohne Aufpreis. Da waren viel weniger Insekten aber durch ein insektenspray war es sehr auszuhalten. Das Essen in der früh ist gut von Getränken haben wir Durchfall bekommen deswegen immer selber gehakauft aber denke dass ist üblich in Thailand. Im allg waren die Zimmer sehr schön wenn man nichts gegen kleine Insekten hat ist das top. Ansonsten würde ich mir das nochmal überlegen oder wie wir täglich ein insektenspray kaufen. Das Personal war super! Alle sehr freundlich engagiert und immer gut gelaunt. Die Aussicht war mit Abstand das aller beste, die frische Luft und der Anblick auf Phuket’s kleinen Part. Allerdings kommt man hier bissl schwer hoch. Zu Fuß ist es anstrengend weil es auf einem Berg liegt aber die meisten Autos oder mit dem Roller fahren da easy hin.

Stayed here to be close to AKA Thailand. other than that its a complete hole in the earth. Don't go here looking for a getaway, it sucks! unless you're Chinese!

Was told upon arrival at that they were overbooked, and they tried to send us to a cheap condo very far away. Unfriendly, unprofessional staff. Tried to charge us extra and then tell us to "take it up with EPEDIA SHADY!

Great View, steep hills

Stay was great, be prepared to walk up steep hills just to get to your room. Only wish that laundry wasn't so ridiculously expensive, but you can just go to the local neighbor to do it for way cheaper.

Nice view gets old after 2 days.

The walk up the hill sucks as stated by everyone. Especially after a long day of working out. The taxi/cars are not allowed past a certain point. Taxis are hesitant to drive to you unless you use certain companies that want to charge a premium. I have a major gripe in that I was promised a breakfast for 2 and did not get it. Even with the email as proof. The view over the pool is great but your in the middle of nowhere. There are better places without the view for less. The kitchen often did not have many items on the menu available. You won't know until after you order in some cases.

Not worth the extra $

The actual view from this place is great. Everything else is disappointing. We paid extra for a room that they guaranteed us would have wifi...but wifi wasnt available in our room for 7/10 days. We arranged for taxis with the front desk and found out later on that they were GROSSLY over priced because the front desk was basically ripping us off. The expedia listing says they have daily housekeeping...they would just come and sweep up and make the bed. We stayed for 10 days and the sheets were not changed a single time. Also if we ordered room service and left the plates in the sink, they just left them there. One day the water and television just stopped working, this lasted about 36 hrs. I understand that these things happen, but there was no explanation or apology. They obviously didn't care because they already had our money. We walk by the front desk on the way to our room and they didn't say a word about it. They waited for us to come down and ask and then basically said "oh ya its not working..". If you are going to spend the extra money on a place, I would not recommend this one. Come for dinner - its a great view. But the hotel is a rip off and your $ can go much further just about anywhere else.

My first 2 weeks of stay was wonderful the quite environment and amazing great food at the hotel one of the best local thai food I ate there everyday. The 3rd week started getting worst with the influx of china travel groups. They really were unbearably inconsiderate and noisy and dirty. There were no signs and notice to tell them to be considerate of other tenants sharing at the resort. Screaming and shouting at midnight and 6am in the morning. To make things worst i paid extra to transfer to the Jacuzzi deluxe room for my last 10 days of stay i was only able to use the jacuzzi 2x or 3x bcs there was no more hot water. It was very dissapointing and cost me a lot of extra money I could've just stay in my previous room wouldve been better.

Tyvärr levde detta hotell inte alls upp till förväntningarna. Hotellet har ingen spa-avdelning och ligger dåligt till såvida man inte är där för utsikten och utsikten enbart. Tränar man på AKA som ligger i närheten rekomenderar jag ändå ett annat hotell. För detta pris finns bättre alternativ. Rekomenderas absolut inte till barnfamiljer eller äldre då området är mycket brant. Personalen i receptionen saknar tyvärr servicekänsla och försvårade min vistelse när min dusch inte fungerade. Harvarken hört eller upplevt något bra med detta hotell. Boka ej.
