Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location! Breakfast was only a 2 min walk away in a different hotel and a nice way to start the day. Angela had been great organising a pick up and drop off from the airport and we were able to leave our luggage in the foyer for our very late departure. I would stay here again.

This is a good place to stay in old quarter area. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. For improvement, I hope they can provide more varieties of food option for breakfast.Easy walking, good breakfast and friendly staff. We had a great vacation in Hanoi, we will come back to this hotel next holiday.
