We had an excellent stay here. We had a family suite with connecting rooms. It was very spacious. The breakfast was amazing and the pool/gym were great. We wished we’d stayed longer!

I’d found this hotel on a previous visit to Hue (you can’t really miss it), but I had been staying at another five star just down the road. I always said, if I ever came back, I would stay here instead, and I did just that. It’s an impressive building both inside as out. I had booked a premium room with views, and boy were the views amazing. I ended up on 32nd floor, which is their highest floor for accommodation. It’s also the same floor as their club/executive lounge called ‘The Level’ which...

Very helpful and accommodating staff . Rooms are spacious and clean . Good amenities . Breakfast is delicious

Amazing hotel in the centre of Hue. Beautiful big bedroom with lovely shower room and large comfortable bed. The pool and garden are both beautiful and well maintained. Lovely breakfast selection, would advise to eat in garden as children are not supervised by parents. But don’t let this put you off. Walking street with bars and restaurants only minutes away and the main market in10 minutes walk over the bridge. Looking forward to returning next year.

We loved the hotel but we could tell it’s only recently opened. Front of house staff are super friendly and eager to please. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and breakfast on our first morning was exemplary, with very attentive staff. However the cracks appeared when we tried to order drinks and food to the pool, with drinks coming after the food, which took a long time to arrive. Then there were complications with the bill. Breakfast on the second morning fell short too when...

The room was perfect and the staff were all really friendly and helpful

I genuinely cannot find fault with this hotel. Without exception the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. They organised transfers and trips, sorted out laundry and upgraded our room (because we had arrived early from the night train!). The room was very comfortable, well appointed with lots of space and a fantastic view over the city from the 7th floor. Well positioned to explore Hue if you're not adverse to a short walk. Close to restaurant, bars and shops. Excellent

Laura and her family were extremely welcoming upon our arrival! Took our bags to the room whilst we got a cool towel and arrival drink and fruit! Organised taxis to airport next day and guided us to where is best to eat! Wish we booked for more than one night as this hotel is lovely especially for the price we paid! Short walk to bars and restaurants and imperial city. Also allowed us to use pool and leave bags until our flight late that night. Would recommend !

Perfectly positioned with a beautiful view over the river. This small hotel is immaculate in every way. My teenage daughter loved having her own separate space and bathroom!

Had two nights in the Imperial in a beautiful room with wonderful double-aspect view of the river and city. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, the food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Would happily return to the Imperial and recommend it to others.

Brilliant, clean and luxurious hotel close to Hue city but in a quiet setting (typically about 15 minutes in a grab taxi costing around 115k Dong or by taking the free hotel transfer). The staff were absolutely excellent and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The massages in the spa were the best we had during our stay in Vietnam, the food at breakfast and a la carte in the daytime were both really tasty and fresh. We particularly liked the egg station at breakfast over the weekend. Overall...

Nice central hotel close to everything, quiet area, narrow street next to a fun garden friendly amazing looking garden bar. The room was clean, the breakfast had a good variety of food, donuts, pancakes, cakes, soups, noodles, rice, eggs, omelette, salads, all kind of fruits, juices, cafe and coffee. All the staff are 5 stars. From the maintenance guy that changed our kettle, the suitcase guys making phonecalls for us, the restaurant staff making sure we were well fed, the receptionists all......

Everything was amazing. The staff are so attentive to detail - professional, kind and engaging. The hotel is stunning, inside and outside. Highly recommend!

A very nice hotel, very clean and the bed is so comfortable. The breakfast is great as is the friendly staff. The only down side to this hotel is the pool, small, walled in on three sides making it feel very claustrophobic.

We had an excellent stay here. It’s an older hotel but is well looked after by wonderful staff. Lovely outdoor area overlooking the river which was great for a drink before heading out into town. It’s very close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Pool is lovely and the breakfasts were fantastic. Loved this place - definitely recommend it!
