Excellent hotel with brilliant staff! Massive pool and private beach with towels provided. Staff always on hand if you need any refreshments and more than happy to help. Great rooms, large, well decorated and complete with all necessary amenities. Restaurants were a little pricey at the hotel so ventured into town for dinner which was excellent - Crab House a must for any seafood lovers. Loved our stay and would love to come back!

The hotel was excellent in every way, from being in the perfect central location for everywhere to wonderful helpful and amazing staff! I think you will struggle to find a more exceptional hotel.

Peaceful location, bungalow accommodation laid out in gardens blending nicely with nature. Well-kept beach, lovely pool, good restaurants, fantastic breakfast buffet. If I had to be picky the serve yourself coffee at breakfast was never hot enough and the cups were too small but we got round it getting the waiting staff to make Americanos from their machine behind the bar.

Lovely new property. Rooms are clean and airy. The property and grounds are absolutely wonderful and blend in with nature. The infinity pool at the top of the hill is the piece-de-resistance. Absolutely fabulous views. Property is a 6-8 minute walk from Sunset Bar on the beach and quite centrally located. This resort has the barefoot elegance feel. It blends nicely into it's surroundings. It is situated on a quieter beach away from the main beach. But that's only a 15 min taxi ride away and easily accessible. Close by are a couple of nice restaurants and resorts so it's not too isolated. The hotel keep the grounds immaculate and the rooms are really comfortable. The restaurant is in a lovely setting, breakfasts are good, but the menu is a bit boring for lunch and dinner.

The Golden Topaz way surpassed expectations! Tom the manager was amazing! The property is exactly as the photos look, just opposite is a great restaurant, then there are 4 others down the road towards the beach. The pool is great, breakfasts are fantastic! I would definitely return!

Great staff, they offer to transfer me from the bus terminal to the Hotel. The hotel is near the beach and nearby area have many options for entertainment.

Really lovely spot. Great service. The best thing about this hotel is the excellent infinity pool and brilliant spa treatments. Don’t even think of going to someone local to save money. The girls here are amazing at massage and nail treatments.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Somehow we didn't expect this hotel to be so luxurious, so we were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious, their gardens are beautiful, the pool much bigger that it appears in photos. There were always enough chairs by the pool and on the beach. The staffs goes above and beyond - starting with the reception, and finishing with the bar manager Fias, who was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi with sauna and steam room. The room at Luna Sol was beautiful and clean. The views from the balcony were stunning and the cable cars were not far away as you could see them from the room. We had a great view of the Symphony of the Sea show from our balcony which there are fireworks displays which we got to watch free of charge!! Beautiful resort and wonderful, friendly staff. Room - Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and over looked the water. The laundry detergent used on the linen smells amazing!! Room is cleaned everyday and bottled water is provided as well. There is a tv in the room with many Vietnamese channels, but also some English ones. Only spent 4 days here but would book for a longer holiday another time. Rooms were massive and the bathroom a luxury. Very clean and plenty of storage. The staff were most helpful and always had a smile. Went on all day trip over the south of island booked through hotel. The trip was great and covered many things on the island. The tour guide was very informative and pleasant.

Stunning hotel, great staff, beautiful location

Lovely Hotel, in a quiet position. Facilities are great, views are amazing, staff are brilliant, food is good. Would not recommend for young children, as pool is quite deep, and sea on private beach is a bit stony. On the beach walk right, and you have a 5 mile sandy beach virtually to yourself...brilliant. Outside resort turn left and 100 yards is a brilliant restaurant for food. Would I recommend Hotel and go back....YES
