We had a lovely stay, but found it hard to "figure out" the rhythm of the place. Every time I asked a staff member a question, there was never a confident answer. They were timid and unsure...but very friendly!

Great Wolf Lodge Arizona
Staff all around was rude, unhelpful and impatient, especially the cashiers. Waited 20 minutes for an iron and almost one hour for other items and had to go to the front desk for them.
