Bathtub water would not completely turn off in our room, reported to the front desk. Lady at the front desk this morning, April 4, wasn't very friendly, had a frown on her face. Both coffee urns in the breakfast area were empty at 8am. I advised the front desk, but they were not replenished.

Excellent vacation. Bathroom needs updating and rooms need to have a microwave. Staying a week without a microwave was very hard.

Convenient to airport. Friendly woman checked me in. Some banged up walls, etc, no refrigerator or microwave, but OK for my needs.

Stayed them when we had problems with our house. It’s an interesting property in a questionable neighborhood but it is gated fo safety. The room was nice, well equipped and big! Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG
Yes, this hotel could use a facelift but our room was clean, beds comfy and everything was functional. It was really nice to hop on the shuttle and get to the hotel after getting in on a late flight. Would stay again.
