Sonesta Select Phoenix Chandler
They do not offer daily housekeeping, only every third day "refresh.". Staff were very friendly. No Continental breakfast but apparently had a buffet for purchase, which we did not. Granddaughter enjoyed the pool.

Considering that the hotel is marketed as being close to a college. The area is sketchy. The outside of the hotel is not maintain and filthy. There’s piles of trash and animal feces in the parking lot. The room was filthy and had a strong odor of fish. The bedsheets were filthy with stains, the bathroom ...
