tried to arrange early check in. told maybe, and could cost $20. no big deal. got to property early (1pm) for spa day. no early check in. in fact, room not ready until 5:30pm. tried to check in at 4pm, provided ID and credit card (completed the process) and was told I'd get a text when room was ready. ...
