"Amazing staff were available to answer help and answer questions during any time of day. Room was clean and bed super comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is decent. They give you a tickets at the start of your stay that provide you with free HOT coffee, hot tea, or gelato. Take the gelato! The area around the hotel was *safe to me* and there is a tram across the street to help you get around. The Phoenix art museum is a 10min walk from the hotel. "Had a peace full stay for our honeymoon. Place was beautiful and quiet. Just wish the microwave rental was $25 flat fee for the stay and not per day. There are no vending machines anywhere on the property but there is a small market. When we happened to go there they were closed. It might be better if you bring your own snacks."

"The Kimpton Hotel was very nice and clean. The location of the Hotel was very convenient you have the basketball and baseball teams arenas within walking distance and also downstairs next door they had a nice and delicious breakfast spot. The rooftop-bar/pool area was very nice and relaxing. The staff at the Kimpton Hotel was very nice and helpful with our stay there. I would recommend to others when visiting Phoenix."
