Really enjoyed our 3 night stay, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool was great to use after a day visiting the citadel. We tried both the French and Vietnamese restaurants which were outstanding, try the ancient Hue rose cocktail it was delicious. We stayed at the Albert Sallet Villa which was amazing ❤️.

We had an excellent stay here. We had a family suite with connecting rooms. It was very spacious. The breakfast was amazing and the pool/gym were great. We wished we’d stayed longer!

I’d found this hotel on a previous visit to Hue (you can’t really miss it), but I had been staying at another five star just down the road. I always said, if I ever came back, I would stay here instead, and I did just that. It’s an impressive building both inside as out. I had booked a premium room with views, and boy were the views amazing. I ended up on 32nd floor, which is their highest floor for accommodation. It’s also the same floor as their club/executive lounge called ‘The Level’ which...

Excellent modern property, great pool and service, food was good but there many better place to eat in town. Spa was excellent and gym looked good too

Amazing hotel in the centre of Hue. Beautiful big bedroom with lovely shower room and large comfortable bed. The pool and garden are both beautiful and well maintained. Lovely breakfast selection, would advise to eat in garden as children are not supervised by parents. But don’t let this put you off. Walking street with bars and restaurants only minutes away and the main market in10 minutes walk over the bridge. Looking forward to returning next year.

Excellent hotel, the perfect place to stay the market, tourist sites, the river and nightlife, eateries all easily walkable. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. The staff are first class and happy to help you such as booking train tickets. The hotel is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent, classy hotel. It has a sophisticated old school feel.

We had an excellent stay here. It’s an older hotel but is well looked after by wonderful staff. Lovely outdoor area overlooking the river which was great for a drink before heading out into town. It’s very close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Pool is lovely and the breakfasts were fantastic. Loved this place - definitely recommend it!

A very nice hotel, very clean and the bed is so comfortable. The breakfast is great as is the friendly staff. The only down side to this hotel is the pool, small, walled in on three sides making it feel very claustrophobic.

Staff were extremely courteous and considerate. Breakfast offered a wide choice. Rooms were very smart and comfortable

Friendly helpful staff. Nice view from room. Paid extra for early check-in which was worth it.

Excellent, very respectful and attentive service. Rooms beautifully appointed and spacious. Restaurant very good for both breakfast and dinner. This is a very welcoming, luxurious and well run hotel We used the hotel's travel service for 2 days at a very reasonable price. On the first day, we were driven around to visit the royal tombs, the pagoda and the covered bridge. Our English speaking guide was great, suggesting lots of stops once he realised we are keen photographers. On the second day...

Very helpful staff and well located near the river. Baggage storage and an earlier than expected check-in all helped.

Very good hotel that was very clean and nicely decorated throughout. It was in a good location for some restaurants and bars and they were in easy walking distance. Very helpful and polite staff

Room was spacious, location was excellent, staff couldn’t do enough to help

The whole town was flooded with boats going down the Main Street. The hotel staff did all they possibly could do to help. Amazing staff!

Clean room, staff friendly and helpful. Everything essential close by

DMZ hotel staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very attentive any time we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.
