"The property is a stunning hotel with a great mall next door with a range of food options. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel and room were extremely clean. Jasjit on reception and Manpreet and Anuriti in the housekeeping team were also extremely helpful and friendly. Without hesitation I will be staying here again"

"We visited Jalandhar in Aug 2026 and stayed at The Maya. We booked on hotels.com -straightforward booking process and good discounted rates! The Maya is centrally located ,with easy access to local amenities and public transport. I would like to particularly mention the front desk staff - very professional and very helpful. They were all lovely to speak to and greeted with Sat Sr Akal on the phone /in person which I value very much .Nothing was too much trouble .Staff celebrated the Independence day during our stay-they hoisted the flag and decorated the hotel . Food-plenty of choices for breakfast but I feel the quality of food could be worked upon. I still remember Maya from years ago ,when the food here was the talk of the town. I guess I was probably looking for the same quality. Room- comfortable and clean as were the common areas. Good wifi but maybe change to better tv s .The bathroom is a bit cosy but worked okay. Gym-basic gym setup and functional ,helps if you have a long stay Over all a great experience and we will be staying here again!"
