If you're looking for a cheap place for a short stay, this is your place. Far from fancy. Outside of the property, trash piled up in several spots. No one came to the check in counter until the phone rang. Check in was quick, all I had to do was show an ID. Room was clean but could use an upgrade. The outlet for the air conditioner was hanging out of the wall. The air conditioner didn't work properly. Walls are thin so you can hear those in other rooms. This is a hotel where people do reside at and they do have dogs that bark half of the night. The bed mattress was thin and far from cozy. The bed sheets and blankets were thin and uncomfortable. There are several shops and nearby restaurants. Hotel was easy to get to. Plenty of available parking. Half hour from Philadelphia Airport if you have a flight to catch and want to be close to the airport.

Stayed 5 nights. Room was never serviced even after requesting. No way to connect the TV to WiFi. Washer was out of service my entire stay. All ice makers were nonfunctional. A/c was temperamental. Bed was comfortable and shower was strong.

This property is still being renovated so there is noise associated with that. It’s not real loud just a bit annoying. There were no working ice machines and even after 2 rounds of the dryer at $2.50 each our clothes were still very damp. We were there 3 nights, the second day our room was not made and no clean towels. There was a sewage pump tuck outside our door the second day. Not sure if this was hotel or restaurant next door. We should have been notified about it so we could have left the room, the smell was nauseating ! The last morning there I did find & kill a small roach. The best thing about this property is the Rooster restaurant next door and a good location. Hopefully as they complete renovations this location will get these issues sorted out.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.

This red roof location needed some help with cleanliness of the rooms. There was food on the floor and leafs in my bed tons of potholes all in the parking lot, which was a mess. It’s a bunch of hotel so I just did what I have to do but bring your own Lysol and Clorox wipes.
