The studio is nice, clean, comfortable. It's quiet & peaceful inside. The bathroom is small. The room door lock needs maintenance. Transportation options is very convenient only a few mins walking distance. I had no issues. The only thing is I haven't received the Deposit back or even heard back from the host yet.

My stay here was exceptional to say the least. The amenities were on point and the host was amazing. Honestly I never had any issues with anything during my stay. One of the things that I liked most was that the host was able to extend my stay which made all the difference during my transition. The location was peaceful, clean and secure. Anyone looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy your time in Philadelphia, this is by far would be my top pick for you.. Definitely will visit again in the future. Thank you!

Overall, it is a nice stay in Philly. At first, it is a little hard to contact the staff, but in the afternoon, the staff contact me from another number. I think they should change the phone number in automatic message after booking ( I called the number a couple of times, no one reply, but new number has a good connection!). Then, the hotel is very clean, more than expected. Bathroom is a little small, but that's fine. The property needs some deposit (~200). And I got refund one day after checking out. That's great! In all, I think it is an affordable place to stay near UPenn.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. I was supposed to be able to check in from 3:00 PM, but I only found out after contacting Expedia that the apartment I had originally booked was not available and that I would be moved to another property. The biggest problem with the replacement accommodation was that the door to my room/apartment could not be locked properly. I contacted the property several times, but my messages were ignored for about two days. Again, I had to involve Expedia before I received a response, and the issue was not addressed until around the fourth day of my stay. Because I could not securely lock the accommodation, I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings there. Every day I had to carry my entire luggage down from the second floor, put it in my car while sightseeing, and carry everything back upstairs again in the evening. This was extremely inconvenient and completely unnecessary. In addition, the Wi-Fi worked only sporadically. The most frustrating part was not just that problems occurred, but the lack of communication and the fact that I had to contact Expedia repeatedly before receiving any response. I expected much better organization and, above all, a secure accommodation.

Please be aware of the following the sheets and bedspread were nasty, not sanitized and smelled like some else. Hair and small black beads from someone's body rolling in the sheets. I texted the person the videos no reply at all. That someone would come to assist with bringing new sheets or bedspread. Two days later we get a knock on the door from someone asking did we need anything. Due to the location of this property, we did not open the door, as we were not given notice that someone would be coming to knock on the door. I had the inconvenience of going to purchase new sheets for our five day stay. The Worst! There was no turntable in the microwave, handles were hanging off the cabinets, one bath towel, two hand towels; this reservation was for two persons. The sky view was the neighbor's house in the West Philly area. Trash can outside was filled to the rim, just smelly and nasty. On Friday, we open the door there is a shut off notice from the water department that they have been trying to reach the owner. I would not recommend this property, the communication, the nasty sheets. The fact that I had to purchase new sheets that I did not need was more than something we needed to spend money on, Buyer beware!

The outside of the property is nice. Keypad to enter. I didn’t receive the keypad code until I sent an additional $200 deposit. There was a sticky puddle on the floor of the main hallway. My unit in particular had a small bathroom but I had to poop sideways (literally legs hanging off the side) because there isn’t any leg space to properly place yourself. Bed was nice and I wanted to enjoy the space but there was not a remote to use the television. Got locked out of the entire unit for two days because the battery on the outside keypad died. The owner did not ever fix the problem, (just had someone in the unit unlock from the inside) so of course I got locked out again. Unfortunately, my 2nd time getting locked out was around 10pm so I had to sleep in my car all night. After spending morning calling both Expedia and the unit owner, the door was unlocked again (from the inside) around 10:45am and my checkout time was 11:00am. Very very terrible experience.

I booked this property and when I arrive to the property, there was somebody else in my room. The property tried to give a room in another neighborhood ( not a nice one). I asked for my money back and they didn't give my money back. Expedia & The Property colluded. Do not stay here.
